COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED! This course will teach you the fundamentals of home cooking. However, the only way to build your skill is practice. Unless unavoidable conflicts arise, students are expected to attend all four sessions in full and complete the homework tasks each week (don’t worry, it’s not boring school homework).
